Bubbleye’s use of Google’s API
Bubbleye Kraken integrates with several Google API Services on
behalf of its Clients, in order to perform actions Clients initiate
from within the Bubbleye Kraken interface. The Google APIs we use,
and the purposes for which we use each, are:
- Google Ads API — to read the Client’s
ad-account structure (campaigns, ad groups, assets) and
performance metrics, and to create or update advertising
entities (ad groups, ads, assets) on the Client’s behalf when
the Client triggers a write action in Bubbleye Kraken. - YouTube Data API — to list the Client’s
YouTube channel videos and to upload new videos the Client
supplies as creative assets for Google Ads campaigns. (See our
separate
YouTube API
Services disclosure for the YouTube-specific Limited Use
commitment.) - Google Drive API — to list and read the
specific files the Client selects in Bubbleye Kraken when those
files are intended to be uploaded as advertising creatives. - Sign in with Google — to authenticate the
Client’s identity when they sign in to the Bubbleye platform.
Bubbleye’s use and transfer to any other app of information
received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Google API Service User Data
Policy, including the
Limited Use
Requirements. Specifically, Bubbleye does not use Google user
data for advertising, profiling, or training generalised AI/ML
models; does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as
needed to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent
in the Bubbleye Kraken UI, to comply with applicable law, or as part
of a merger / acquisition / sale of assets with the Client’s
continued consent; and does not allow humans to read Google user data
except (a) with the Client’s explicit permission, (b) where necessary
for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), (c) to comply
with applicable law, or (d) where the data has been aggregated and
anonymised.
Your Google information is used by our system developers to
provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent to your
user experience. Bubbleye policies and procedures define requirements
that prohibit the unauthorized use of data within the platform.
You may revoke the API Client’s access to your data via the Google
security settings page at
